Our Container Search Model
Our Container Search Engagement ensures our commitment of resources dedicated to finding the candidate(s) with the precise skills and cultural fit that you require. In addition, you receive the full support from an experienced team of research and recruitment experts that are devoted exclusively to your needs. Working as a team, Mayer Search and the client develop a more precise candidate profile and accelerate the search process towards a successful hire. We become an extension of your organization maintaining consistent communication in order to provide the best service possible.
Fees, Hires and Payment Parameters:
- A retainer payment of 1/3 of the placement fee for each job requisition is invoiced upon our commencement of the search.
- The placement fee is a negotiated percentage of the First Year’s Projected Annual Compensation for each search requisition our client engages us on.
- The 1/3 retainer payment is credited toward the first hired candidate’s placement fee based on their first year’s compensation.
- First Year’s Compensation includes Salary, Projected Bonus and Sign-on Bonus (if applicable).
- Placement fees are invoiced on the hired candidate’s Start Date.
- Client may request us to submit additional candidates for placement on the same requisition without any additional retainer payments. Placement fees for any additional hires are calculated in the same manner as the initial hire.
