- Suggest additional companies/industries to expand the diversity talent pool by understanding the client culture, organizational hierarchy and specific business goals and challenges
- Introduce the client to junior diversity candidates with requisite skills for succession planning
- To ensure the client’s ROI, the research can include non-diversity candidates in the group with diversity candidates highlighted
- Leverage our database of the female talent looking to return to the workplace
